Argo was part of a four supercarrier fleet sent by the United Powers League to colonize Gantris VI. Each ship carried colonists in cryogenic hibernation. The mission went awry when the fleet's navigation system malfunctioned and sent the fleet on a prolonged journey. The ensuing 28-year trip terminated when the warp engines failed in the Koprulu Sector, causing the ships to land on the nearest inhabitable worlds.[1]
Argo was the only ship to land on Moria. The colonists awoke to find the ship's computer had no information on their location. They proceeded to colonize the planet and salvaged the ship.[1]
