Baker is a marine of the Umojan Protectorate.
In 2500, Baker was assigned to help with security for exiled Terran Dominion senator Corbin Phash aboard Orbital Platform UE3255. However, the Dominion sent a ghost agent to assassinate Phash. Baker and Glenn were assigned to stay behind the main group in order to keep the ghost from sneaking up on their squad.[1]
