Bill Roper is a former member of Blizzard Entertainment. He voiced the Vulture, the Goliath, Zasz and Fenix in StarCraft.
Biography[]
Roper joined Blizzard in 1994[1] and served as the vice president of Blizzard North.[2] He worked as a producer of StarCraft, and executive producer of StarCraft: Brood War.[3] and was involved in the production of StarCraft: Ghost.
Roper eventually left Blizzard and went on to become head of Disney Interactive.[1]
