The Confederate High Command was the highest branch of Confederate Command, dictating control throughout the organization as a whole and determining the threat level for the Confederate Armed Forces.[1] However, it sometimes took a direct role in affairs, such as ordering that Chau Sara be placed under a lockdown and the existence of the zerg remain classified.[2]
