The core forge is a protoss cybernetics core enhanced with xel'naga technology. In an alternate timeline where Zeratul survived the opening stages of the End War, the dark prelate utilized these structures against Amon's Forces to support his cybernetically enhanced forces and defenses.[1]

Game Structure[]

The core forge is a structure available to Zeratul in Co-op Missions. It houses upgrades for his ambushers, shieldguards, tesseract cannons and tesseract monoliths. These upgrades however are not traditionally researched, and instead are automatically gained upon obtaining artifact fragments.
