Cronus Wing is a United Earth Directorate military unit. It was part of the UED Expeditionary Fleet which invaded the Koprulu Sector during the Brood War.[1]
History[]
As part of the UED Expeditionary Fleet, Cronus Wing was at the forefront of the invasion. Notable actions the unit participated in included the (failed) attempt to prevent the protoss from escaping Braxis with the Uraj,[2] successfully stealing Dominion battlecruisers from the Dylarian Shipyards,[3] the recovery of the Psi Disrupter,[4] and the invasion and occupation of Korhal.[5]
Cronus Wing suffered heavy losses with the ultimate defeat of the UED Expeditionary Fleet.[6][7]
Trivia[]
Cronus is the leader of the titans in Greek mythology.
It assumed the Alpha Squadron's white color in-game.
