The Cybros arbiter is one of the suits Talandar utilized during the End War.
Game Unit
The Cybros arbiter is available to Fenix in Co-op Missions as a suit usable by Fenix's unit at Level 3, and is a purifier variant of the arbiter. Like its Khalai counterpart, it has the ability to stasis and mass recall units, but it has the ability to cloak itself as well, and can also function as a detector once upgraded. Fenix can switch between this suit, the solarite dragoon and the Praetor armor suits with a very short cooldown. Switching out suits is the only way for the Cybros arbiter to passively regenerate health and energy, but this prevents it from regaining shields.
Abilities
Places enemy units in a target area in stasis for 15 seconds. Units in stasis cannot move, attack, be attacked or be affected by abilities.
