Cydra is the battle.net forum name for a Blizzard Entertainment Assistant RTS Community Manager.
He used to work for Blizzard Korea, but has moved to Blizzard's headquarters in the US. He intended to "be a bridge between Blizzard fans and Blizzard development team in all regards to Blizzard RTS titles" including StarCraft, StarCraft II and Warcraft III.[1]
