Guildmaster Deborah Greene is a member of the Kel-Morian Combine. She helped found a colony for the Kel-Morian combine, and oversaw its completion. During its operations, the colonies were gifted two Umojan Protectorate eradicators, though Greene disliked how they operated.

During the End War, the mining colony came under attack by infested terrans under the control of Amon. In the initial attack waves, a blightbringer slew many of the miners, and the two eradicators were erratic. Greene called upon two allied commanders to aid her in evacuating the colony, as when the evcauation shuttled began to lift off their attracted waves of infested. During the conflict, she also requested they aid her in killing the blightbringer and the two eradicators on the compound. The commanders were successful, and Greene and her surviving miners escaped the surface.

• Green's portrait is identical to that of Raylene, who appeared as a portrait in the StarCraft II beta.

• Greene's character description in the Galaxy Map Editor compares her to the character Rick Grimes from the Walking Dead series.
