The Dominion Center for State Security (DCSS) is a Terran Dominion intelligence/research unit.

History

The DCSS was active by the Second Great War. In early 2505, they initiated Operation Blind Devil, as part of a bid to control the Zerg Swarm. Ultimately, the project failed, with its research team slaughtered by its test subject.
