"During the rule of Arcturus Mengsk, a clandestine cadre of the Cerberus Program most talented scientists were tasked with obtaining several strains of zerg from the isolated Maguro Brood for experimentation. Zerglings were among the first such specimens to be acquired."
Enthralled Zerglings were Zerglings of the Maguro Brood enslaved by the Cerberus Program during the rule of Arcturus Mengsk. They had their nervous systems replaced with various mechanical augmentations in order to make them susceptible to Terran Dominion control. They were among they first specimens acquired by Cerberus and enthralled into loyal weapons.
In the timeline where Arcturus Mengsk survived the Second Great War, enthralled Zerglings were deployed as Mengsk's Dogs of War for use against the armies of Amon.[1]
Game Unit[]
Enthralled Zerglings are part of the Dogs of War calldown for Mengsk. All variants of the calldown will deploy 30 Zerglings. They benefit from Dominion armor and weapon upgrades, and may have their damage increased by the Terrible Damage mastery.[1]
