Frank Pearce is one of three men who founded Silicon & Synapse in 1991, the company that went on to become Blizzard Entertainment. [1]
Pearce received his bachelor's degree in 1990 from UCLA.[2] He joined Silicon & Synapse as a programmer/receptionist, working on early titles such as Warcraft: Orcs and Humans, Blackthorne, and Justice League Task Force.[3] He wrote the source code of StarCraft alongside Michael Morhaime,[4] and was the executive producer of StarCraft II in 2008.[5] He later became the company's chief development officer.
Pearce left Blizzard in July 2019.[6]
