Doctor Fredrick was a Terran Dominion doctor who defected to the Dominion Renegades under Valerian Mengsk. Fredrick did research on the uninfested Sarah Kerrigan and helped care for her throughout the retreat of the Dominion Renegades during the Flashpoint Conflict. After Doctor Emil Narud was not permitted to do research on Kerrigan, Valerian Mengsk forwarded Fredrick's research to Narud.[1]
