Glistrup is a Terran Dominion ghost. He posses the power of telekinesis, but is a manic depressive and compulsive liar. He served in the Ghost Program at the same time as Tanya Caulfield and Mai, and he was deemed unsuitable by Ulavu for aid in his research due to his unstable nature.[1]
