Grounder was a marine who served in the 934th Marines of the Dominion Marine Corps.
Grounder was present in Northwoods Forest, when the unit engaged the zerg there. In this they were supported by the 122nd Reapers. During the battle, Boff, one of the reapers, clipped a tree and nearly plouged into the marines, Boff included. He didn't, but that didn't stop Grounder from swearing for three minutes straight (at least according to Dennis Halkman). It was a claim that Foster Cray (who'd fought alongside Grounder) didn't have trouble believing, given Grounder's 'colorful' vocabulary. At the least, Boff was rendered speechless due to Grounder's outburst.[1]
