Guraj was the Second Ascendant of the Tal'darim.
Like most other ascendants, she was constantly fighting the others for influence. Her skills included poisoning the minds of rival factions. She was cunning and clever but poor at creating allies. In combat, she could wield her blades very quickly.
Biography[]
After the resurrection of Amon, she participated in a Rak'Shir duel between Highlord Ma'lash and the First Ascendant, Nuroka. She declared for Ma'lash after Third Ascendant Zenish declared for Nuroka, seeking to take his place.
She fought against Zenish, unable to directly attack Nuroka but aiding Ma'lash psionically. Though Zenish was much stronger, and overpowered her with a flurry of blows, Guraj was quicker, and slipped through his defenses to impale him with a single stab to the chest.
Alarak then entered Rak'Shir declaring for nobody, and surprise attacked Guraj. Guraj was able to parry, but she was too exhausted from the battle with Zenish, and when her arms slumped Alarak was able to deliver the killing blow to her. She did not plea or show any sign of pain, simply dropping where she was slain.[1]
