Commander Haley was a member of the Alliance, serving on board the battlecruiser Iron Fist. At some point after the Brood War, the commander was part of an Alliance fleet sent to rescue Alliance and protoss forces on Dylar IV from the zerg, Haley communicated to General Jim Raynor the overwhelming success of the fleet in making the zerg retreat.
