Heroes of StarCraft is a mini-set for Hearthstone's The Great Dark Beyond expansion. It was released in January 2025. This mini-set features terran, protoss and zerg.^[1]

Raynor appears as the terran hero in Hearthstone Battlegrounds. Raynor's "Lift Off" centers around constructing a battlecruiser using a variety of purchasable Starship Parts that upgrade the ship, and are buffed as the tavern is upgraded.

Kerrigan appears as the zerg hero in Hearthstone Battlegrounds. Kerrigan's hero ability centers around upgrading a larva, which will maintain its buffs as it changes between a variety of zerg creatures. Kerrigan can spend money on further zerg structures to expand what zerg the larva can transform into.

Artanis appears as the protoss hero in Hearthstone Battlegrounds. Artanis gains the Warp Gate ability, which gives him the option to pick two protoss minions at the start of the game. After purchasing 14 cards, Artanis unlocks those two minions.
