Jack is a terran criminal and former second in command of the Screaming Skulls in the 2490s, under Declan Moore. He is a large, well muscled black man. He has an admiration of the brutality of Alli, his associate in the skulls, and has a cheerful demeanor.
Jack met with Tychus Findlay and Jim Raynor when they and the Screaming Skulls exchanged a shipment of crystals. Jack verified that the shipment was actually there. Afterward, the group went aboard the Privateer and continued to drink in it.
