Lon Helian was a Mengsk Dynasty tech.
In 2478, seventeen-year-old Arcturus Mengsk asked him about his family's summer home's security systems, claiming it would be important for a school project.
Mengsk was caught breaking in by chief of security Achton Feld, and Mengsk eventually told him who had helped him. Feld said Helian would be fired, and was upset that Mengsk did not seem to care about this.
