Lonnie Ursitti was an officer of the Tarsonis Police Force assigned to the Gutter. Like many of the officers assigned to the district, he was corrupt, secretly in the employ of crime lord Fagin. However, due to keeping five percent of profits to himself for two years, he was killed as punishment by Fagin's newest enforcer. It was the first person she killed in Fagin's service.
