Maxwell was a wrangler serving the Defenders of Man.

Biography

Maxwell as assigned to brief and debrief Agent Nova Terra when she was assigned to help the Defenders of Man by the Terran Dominion. Before her operation on Antiga Prime, he did a medical exam on her, stating she was fit for the operation. Nova stated that there was a problem with her visor, and Maxwell said that he would update it after the mission.

Maxwell assigned Nova and Stone to place devices to ward away zerg around New Andasar on Antiga Prime. However, the two realized quickly that they were psi emitters, and would actually lure the zerg to the planet. Upon their realization, Maxwell contacted them, saying he was disappointed in them, and what they were doing was for the greater good. They attempted to escape with the backup mission files, but were captured and brought to a Defenders of Man facility. Maxwell consulted General Carolina Davis on what to do, stating that she had seen too much. Davis stated that Nova would have to be mind wiped.

Later in Sharpsburg, Maxwell debriefed Nova Terra after she underwent a memory wipe. However, before she had her memory wiped she implanted a message in her visor stating "YOU ARE IN DANGER. THEY WILL KILL YOU." Nova escaped and killed him with her bare hands.
