The mecha locusceptors is a Mecha Swarm air-to-ground breed created by Egon Stetmann during the End War. They are based off of the locust, but are combined with aspects of the protoss interceptor. Mecha locusceptors are spawned from the mecha battlecarrier lord.[1]

Game Unit[]

The mecha locusceptor is unit spawned from the mecha battlecarrier lord for Egon Stetmann in Co-op Missions. It requires the Locusceptor Bay upgrade from the mecha greater spire, and Stetmann Level 14. They function like interceptors, spawning nearby targets with a large number of small attacks. Unlike interceptors, mecha locusceptors can only attack ground targets. They take 50 egonergy to build, and each mecha battlecarrier lord can store a maximum of six mecha locusceptors.[1]
