A mecha roach

The mecha roach is a Mecha Swarm replication of a roach created by Egon Stetmann.[1]

This article or section contains information derived from Co-op Missions, and should not be considered part of the official StarCraft storyline.

These roaches are temporary and much smaller. These were spawned from a mecha infestor and have timed life. They could also spawn from roach-nites.[2]

Game Unit[]

Mecha roaches are a temporary spawned unit of Stetmann in Co-op Missions, created by mecha infestors. When spawned within the JUICE configuration of the stetellites. They can be upgraded to also spawn alongside a mecha ravager every cast.[2]

Development[]

A fully functional mecha roach warren exists in the Galaxy Map Editor, which would allow Stetmann to spawn mecha roaches and mecha ravagers.

At the launch of Patch 4.9.0, Stetmann spawned four mecha roaches with longer timed life but lower stats. This was lowered to two in Patch 4.9.1.
