The mecha spine crawler was a Mecha Swarm structure created by Egon Stetmann during the End War. It served as an anti-ground base defense for his hive clusters, functioning similar to the zerg spine crawler in most regards.[1]
Game Structure[]
The mecha spine crawler is a anti-ground defensive structure available to Egon Stetmann in Co-op Missions. It functions much the same as a normal spine crawler, though mechanical and with a faster movement speed when unburrowed. Mecha spine crawlers can be made and root outside of creep and egonergy fields.
Mecha spine crawlers will burn down when put below 1/4th health like terran structures, but can be repaired by mecha drones.
Abilities[]
Crawlers can uproot themselves and move about, and can plant themselves back down on any location. Crawlers cannot attack while uprooted.
