Moebius reactors are micro-reactors used by ghost agents of both the Terran Confederacy and the Terran Dominion. They power the personal cloaking device of ghosts, as well as their lockdown[1] and EMP rounds.[2]

During training at Ghost Academy, moebius reactors are often controlled by an instructor during more risky training operations to prevent unauthorized cloaking. However, these safeguards are able to be overridden by ghosts with technopathy.[3] Moebius reactors also saw use from parties outside of the Ghost Program, as Doctor Emil Narud was in possession of one.[4]
