Moths are a species of insect native to Earth. A number of moths or similar looking animals became native to the Koprulu sector, particularly Mar Sara.
An unusually large Mar Sara moth triggered a Dominion Special Forces sensor tower, leading to the vaporization of a nearby trading post. This led to the special forces sensor towers having their sensitivity decreased.[1]
