Naderi served on a battlecruiser under Captain Hogarth. The two had a history of carrying out illicit operations within the Dominion–Daelaam DMZ. In what would be Naderi's final run, she suggested pilfering jorium crystals from Adena. Hogarth refused, as his ship was in plain sight of the protoss carrier Saalok's Eye. However, Hogarth gave her the go-ahead when she showed him his cut of the profits that would result.
Naderi led a team of marines (both Dominion and mercenary) down to the planet's surface. She discussed with Hogarth how they would conceal the jorium they would steal. (She would write a fictional after action report, stating that the jorium was completely lost.)
While on Adena's surface, they came under attack by the zerg. In the ensuring firefight, Naderi found herself cornered by the zerg and out of ammo. She yelled at them to finish it, but they didn't. Instead, Niadra's larva infested her. Dazed, Naderi took off in the team's dropship and headed into orbit. Naderi ordered Hogarth to have a landing bay and medic prepared for her, but the protoss destroyed the dropship, killing her. Hogarth, not understanding the situation, angrily confronted the protoss over this action.
