Nathan Lenski is a member of the Dominion Center for State Security, and formerly the liaison between the high ranks of the DCSS and Operation Blind Devil.
Biography[]
Nathan Lenski was assigned to Operation Blind Devil, a project using cybernetics to control the Zerg Swarm, where he would submit status reports on the project's progress from Dr. Phillipa Broadhurst to move up to the higher levels. However, as the project stalled, Broadhurst blamed Lenski of trying to undermine her work to the higher-ups. She then explained that the zergling they were sent had enhanced cognitive ability beyond that of any zergling they had encountered before, which was causing issues with control. Lenski gave her two more weeks to complete the project.
As days passed, Broadhurst came to the conclusion that this zergling was sentient, and requested a new zergling test subject while it was kept aside for further study. Lenski refused, stating that orders from high up had insisted the project must go on with this specific zergling. The zergling would break out not long after, killing Broadhurst and a number of scientists.[1]
