Neil Kaplan is an American voice actor, entertainer and comedian. He serves as the voice actor of Tychus Findlay,[1] and as the narrator for the audiobook versions of Liberty's Crusade, I, Mengsk, Heaven's Devils, and Shadow of the Xel'Naga.[2]
