Doctor Orville Harris was a Confederate scientist in charge of the Orna III science facility. He was in charge of tests done on psychically gifted terrans for the Confederate Ghost Program. His experiments were described as brutal and inhumane.
Harris met with Sarah Kerrigan and Jim Raynor, who were undercover as a Confederate ghost agent and an imprisoned convict facilitating the release of a ghost agent. As they moved down the hall and out of sight of the guards, Kerrigan killed him, stole one of his key cards, and planted a bomb in his body.[1]
