Paul was a terran who served the anti-Confederate rebel/terrorist Cliff Nadaner. He took part in a successful raid against the Terra Family, though he believed that the Confederate Council was a more worthwhile target than the Old Families. He never got a chance to attack his preferred target however, as he was killed by one of the family member's psionic powers.
