Peter-Michael was a terran who served in Cliff Nadaner rebel movement after the Brood War, striking against the Terran Dominion. He did this alongside his twin Alessio, whom he secretly hated but never did anything apart from.
Peter-Michael was killed on Tyrador VIII by a Dominion ghost via psionics.
