Ray was a terran who followed anti-Dominion rebel/terrorist Cliff Nadaner. A few years after the Brood War, he found himself on Tyrador VIII, although he had a girlfriend on Halcyon whom he wanted to get back to. He never reunited with her however, as a Dominion ghost killed him and the rest of Nadaner's team via psionic powers.
