The Reconstructionists were a terran organization that returned to Chau Sara.
The Reconstructionists found new allies shortly before returning to Ghost Town, the ruins of a major township on Chau Sara after its destruction, and intended to begin the rebuilding process and restore civilization to the dead world.
Unfortunately they discovered a sizable group of zerg Pillagers that intended to remove the valuables from the town. The Pillagers attempted to talk the terran into leaving but failed, starting a conflict over the ruins.[1]

The Kel-Morian Combine gained the rights to salvage Chau Sara after its destruction, and may have been connected to the Reconstructionists.[2]
