Red's hanger hooch was an alcoholic homebrew made by Redell Quinton. Bill "Pearly" Bousquette described it as "the meanest homebrew he'd ever choked down." It was drunk off of this beverage that Pearly and Quinton developed the basic idea behind the biometric accumulator.
