Shae Warfield was Horace Warfield's mother and wife of Henry Warfield. She was a neurosurgeon who worked for the local hospital in Kithrup. She may have abused Horace when he was a child. When the zerg Swarm invaded Tarsonis, she was present on Tarsonis and is assumed dead, as there is no evidence that she escaped the planet.[1]
