So-yeon is the voice actor of South Korea, who plays Kerrigan.[1][2][3]
In Korea, StarCraft did not dubbed in its native language. That's why she started to play Kerrigan in the year 2010, when StarCraft II was launched.
And then StarCraft 1 : A remaster was released in Korea, and a new voice dubbing also added Korean. At that time, she could also play the role of Kerrigan of StarCraft I.
She described Kerrigan as a great female character because it is a rare game in which a female lead the story.She also said she found it very difficult to play the inside role of the complex Kerrigan.
