StarCraft II: Shadow Wars: Part 6 is the sixth installment of the StarCraft II: Shadow Wars comic series.[1]
Synopsis[]
After the death of Admiral Urun, Niadra sent her brood to claim Elms and her squad. Carter attempted to contact Captain Hogarth aboard the Aethon for evacuation, but after he discovered the squad did not recover the jorium on the planet, he terminated the call, leaving orbit. The squad moved toward one of the dropships left on the planet, with Carter dying to a volley of zerg acid. Elms and her squad moved through a shipping hanger, and were forced to fight through a group of infestors to reach the end. Low on ammo, the group blasted open the back of the shipping hanger, running toward the parked dropship. Niadra attempted to psionically attack Elms, but the marines were able to escape the planet, discovering a cache of jorium in their cargo bay.
The situation on Adena esclated tensions between the Terran Dominion, Daelaam and Zerg Swarm. Aboard the Spear of Adun, Hierarch Artanis was informed of Urun's death, to which he responded he had to make amends. In the Korhal Palace, Emperor Valerian Mengsk was informed on the situation as told by Captain Hogarth, that they were bribed to violate the demilitarized zone by mercenaries in their crew. Meanwhile, on Gystt, Broodmother Zagara sensed the rise of Niadra, and knew the peril that it would bring.[2]
