Lieutenant Strepp is a marine of the Terran Dominion. He was the commanding officer of Chimera Base.

During a zerg attack on Mar Sara following the Borgo Refinery explosion, Strepp commanded a large unit of Arclite siege tanks, but was ambushed when a nydus canal burst from the ground near his position and sealed six siege tanks behind an armory. Strepp ordered ghost agent Nova to defend an SCV while it got the armory door open. She succeeded, and the tanks promptly destroyed the canal. He ordered the tanks to move forward.
