I can't find the listed quote on the source page. PSH aka Kimera 757 (talk) contribs) 15:53, June 2, 2012 (UTC)
- I also can't find any videos where the quote might be hidden. I think we should remove this. PSH aka Kimera 757 (talk) contribs) 02:37, June 22, 2012 (UTC)
- I did a search recently, and found something interesting. Many sources apart from SCLegacy cite 2506 as being the point in time in which HotS occurs. Some of these citations date back to 2012. Points in time where any incorrect info could have popped up. Others however, are cited from the cinematic unveiling. This, in my mind, can't be a coincidence. Numerous game reporters visited the press conference, and for them to all cite the same date at the same time? Hmm...
- Actually think it might be best to wait until HotS is released. If there's some date mentioned, direct or otherwise, then we should go with it, but otherwise, I think 2506 should be regarded as a definitive date because either way, we'll have to go with something (e.g. recording character deaths in their templates). For what it's worth, I'll list three sites from the 2013 conference that list the source, namely here, here, and here. All of them are from 2013, and all cite 2506 as an absolute date.--Hawki (talk) 12:39, February 6, 2013 (UTC)
- For the moment, I agree that we have to wait for HotS. The clearest date reference we have for the Second Great War is 2504, in all those book timelines. Flashpoint took place over a short period of time, not even a month. PSH aka Kimera 757 (talk) contribs) 13:47, February 6, 2013 (UTC)

The start of the Hots campaign begins 3 weeks after the end of WoL, according to the game itself. I do not think the 2506 year is still accurate. Overlord Divine (talk) 11:33, March 14, 2013 (UTC)
- Where abouts in the game?--Hawki (talk) 11:36, March 14, 2013 (UTC)
- In the campaign selection screen (where one choses between WoL and Hots campaign), before one start the Hots campaign, the description says it has been 3 weeks since the battle of Char, and Kerrigan is in an Umojan lab. Overlord Divine (talk) 12:35, March 14, 2013 (UTC)
