Given there is concept art depicting the corruptor as a land unit, does anyone think it may be possible that a land version could appear in the campaign or map editor?72.141.217.254 17:40, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

There's always that possibility. Blizzard said unused units would appear in the map editor, but they didn't say anything about modifications to units. Kimera 757 (talk) 22:49, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Is it possible for the air hero units to be "Corrupted"

If all air units can be corrupted can hero air units be corrupted by the Corruptor. User:The-genecleaner 17 april 8:49

We've had next to no opportunity to see hero units in combat. (I think we've seen a hero unit only once.) I figure the answer would be yes; it's fair, since the corruptors have to kill the hero unit before they can corrupt it. However, we don't know for sure. Ground-based Corruptor Actually Early Infestor

Given the similar concepts between the Corruptor and the Infestor, is it possible that the ground-based Corruptor concept art is actually the original art idea for the Infestor? When they came up with the Corruptor, they may have felt the art suited it better, and created the 'mushroom' look for the Infestor either as a replacement or a placeholder. Just my thoughts.--Muspelli 21:22, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

Maybe. Blizzard hasn't said. I think the infestor concept art is pretty old though, so probably not. PSH aka Kimera 757 (talk) 22:15, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
