Yes, it's possible. A few volatine Latin American countries didn't join the UPL (and so, presumably, didn't contribute the pool of people sent to the K-Sector) but other Latin American countries did join the UPL. Kimera 757 (talk) 21:20, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
