I noticed a comment from Subrosian concerning the timing of this map that suggested a different conclusion from my own, so I'm going to generate discussion first. Basically, I think this map occurs post-LotV, and isn't an End War conflict. I say this because in the blurb, it mentions that Donny was "recently rehabilitated" from his breakdown in WoL, said rehabilitation occurring in the leadup to NCO. Now, if the narrative of the map points to it still being during the End War, that should take precedence, but as of this point in time, I think having it post-LotV is the timeframe that has more evidence for it.--Hawki (talk) 09:03, June 8, 2016 (UTC)
- Kinda late to this, but just by what we've seen I think it's still safer go to End War. Two major things being that if you look at the map you can see some Hybrid Behemoths scattered among the forces. Also in the last AMA they did, when asked about doing DoM era maps they said they wanted to keep the conflict exclusive to the End War.
- Having said that, Vermillion being released before the leadup the the DoM Insurrection is clearly a contradiction to the Lockwell twitter (which they linked in the mission article, funnily enough). We may want to leave the timeframe blank until we get a clear answer. Subsourian (talk) 23:14, June 9, 2016 (UTC)
- The map might break the rule, but the behemoths are probably definitive. And there's also that ugly truth that Donny being here can be thrown under the "it's co-op and not really canon" bus. Anyway, good points just the same. I agree it's best to leave the stuff as is for now. If need be, we can make a note on the timeframe discrepancy.--Hawki (talk) 04:50, June 10, 2016 (UTC)
