Is Tosh's crew on Redstone III part of this organization ? --

Or maybe it's the other way around. Just my opinion, without a source to back it up, but I think they're both part of Project Shadowblade. (It need not be all spectres; the Ghost Program has non-psychics in it, for instance.) PSH aka Kimera 757 (talk) contribs) 21:58, October 13, 2010 (UTC)
