Ted Samsa was a terran present at Dead Man's Rock just prior to its fall to the zerg, though whether he actually lived on the world or was part of the Dominion Armada fleet sent to apprehend the fugitives Jake Ramsey and Rosemary Dahl just prior to the invasion is unknown. Regardless, it's known that he was among those caught up in a telepathic field generated by Ramsey.[1]
