Ternas Shan of the Confederate Armed Forces was a subordinate to General Sol Kervock and a decorated veteran.

Biography

When bandits Tychus Findlay and Jim Raynor arrived at Geladi, Kervock's forces set fires to corral the bandits.

After Kervock was released unharmed by the two outlaws, he ordered his troops to disguised themselves as civilians and try to assault the duo. As the infiltrators were lynched by the locals, Shan shot his general in the back of his head, "taking matters in his own hands." Renegade reporter Max Speer speculated he was ambitious, or solving a problem for the Confederacy.

He took Kervock's place as the garrison commander of Geladi, and the civilians were blamed of the murder. Later, he pretended to pay respects to his fallen general in his burial ceremony, and then instituted a high-level lockdown on Haji until the riots had been dealt with.
