The Dirty Knobs are a Los Angeles-based rock band that played the song Rumble for Wings of Liberty. The personas they used for their band are the same personas they used in the lore insert of "Revolution Overdrive: Songs of Liberty."[1]

The Dirty Knobs are a famed anti-Terran Dominion "anti-establishment-alt-folk-country-rock-blues" musical group, known for being at the top of the Dominion's most wanted for 21 weeks. The true name of their band members are unknown, hiding behind the personas Gator, Ape, Crawdaddy and Swampfox. Their famous rendition of the old Earth song Rumble made them famous among music critics and Dominion law enforcement alike. They have yet to produce a followup to Rumble. Music critic Humbert H. praised their work, and Rumble was later complied into "Revolution Overdrive: Songs of Liberty," showcasing the best anti-Dominion musical works.[2]
