"The Troubles", as it is known to the native Choss population, was a battle during the Great War or Brood War between the Terran Dominion and the Zerg Swarm on the planet Choss near Bim Battum. The battle lasted a month was won with minimal Terran Dominion casualties, though Marshal Rhett Shearon lost his life in the battle. Two zerg hives were purified, and after three marine sanitation teams scoured the planet the Dominion declared the world to be zerg free. However, one spire was missed in the cliffs near Quijadas.
The battle cost the city of Quijadas a large part of the city budget, and the city pushed to prove that the planet was zerg-free after the battle.
