In late 2499, the ship was set to take over the patrol duties of Norad II, though the protoss attack on Chau Sara caused these orders to be rescinded.[1]
Trivia[]
The ship is likely named after Theodore Gilmore Bilbo, twice serving governor of Mississippi and US Senator.
